Broadly engaged and expertised in the field of commercial law, including company and contract matters, and continuously advising in transactions regarding companies/shares, real estate, IT and other IPR assets. Furthermore, assisting clients in civil litigation and arbitration, including acting as arbitrator, within the commercial field.

Chairman of the board for the first judicial district (Copenhagen, Greenland and Faroe Islands). Former board member of the Association of Lawyers in Copenhagen and member of the International Committee of the Danish Bar and Law Society. Chairman of the board of Konsul George Jorck og Hustru Emma Jorck’s Foundation and non-executive board member of a number of Danish companies and foundations.
